What We Like
+Impressive creamy bokeh and shallow depth of field from f/1.2 aperture perfect for portraits
+Lightweight and compact at 466g, significantly lighter than competing f/1.2 telephoto lenses
+Excellent autofocus performance with STM motor for smooth and silent focusing with eye AF tracking
+Outstanding value at ~$349 USD, nearly half the price of competing fast telephoto primes
+Beautiful optical quality when stopped down with high contrast and minimal focus breathing ideal for video
+Available in three color finishes and three different camera mounts with consistent design
Worth Knowing
Slight edge sharpness softness at maximum aperture, particularly in corners, requiring f/1.8 or smaller for optimal sharpness
Autofocus can struggle in challenging conditions like fast-moving subjects in action photography
No physical aperture ring or manual focus/autofocus switch on barrel
Requires ND filters for outdoor shooting at f/1.2 due to extremely fast aperture limiting practical use in bright light

Read our notes on general
The Sirui Sniper 75mm f/1.2 is a budget-friendly telephoto prime that punches well above its price point for portrait and video work. The combination of this lens's capabilities, the image quality and focusing performance, plus the fact that it's probably the cheapest lens of its kind, makes it one of the best budget lenses for mirrorless cameras. The speed and accuracy can actually catch up with most non-flagship line lenses, even from the main camera brands, though at its price point the lens gives up some very slight edge sharpness but the bokeh is impressive and makes portrait-shooting a delight.
